Yes we do. To all countries.

  1. Standard and Express delivery services are available for most of the countries that we ship to. Once you've selected your shipping country, you'll be able to see the available shipping methods.
  2. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from the warehouse with a tracking link for your package once it is shipped, so that you can follow its journey.

We offer Both Standard and Express Delivery in most of the countries.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and shipping methods are selected.

LouLi has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

This happen very rarely, but if it does happen, please contact us right away at contact@loulistore.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

The delivery time varies from country to country. We suggest to buy 1 to 2 months in advance.

  1. If you are a LouLi member, you may view the status of your order by logging into your LouLi account and clicking on Orders.
  2. Click on Order Status on the top right of the page. Please make sure to have your order number and email address.
  3. Email will be sent within 30 minutes since your order is placed or your order is shipped. You can simply check your order status by clicking on your tracking links on the emails to view the up to date order status. If you cannot receive any email from us, please check your spam filter.
  4. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for your order status to change
  1. If you are a LouLi member, you may track your order by logging into your LouLi account and clicking on Orders.
  2. Click on Order Status on the top right of the page. Make sure to have your tracking number.
  3. Once the package is shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation email, in which you can both click on the Tracking Number or "Track Your Package" button to track your package. If you did not receive any shipment emails, please check your spam filter.

Warranty

If your order hasn't been settled and your order status is "Placed", you can cancel your order by visiting your order detail page. You can go to your order detail page by clicking "Track Your Order" button in your order confirmation email.

If your order has been settled and your order status is "Processing", please contact our customer service at contact@loulistore.com for order cancellation. We would love to help you.

If your order status is "Assorting" or "Shipped", your order can't be cancelled. If you need any help about return, please contact our customer service after your order has been delivered.

You may return any item within 14 days after receiving your order, and you will receive a full refund for the returned item once we receive the package. Please contact us at contact@loulistore.com with your return process.

Please note that any shipping fee of the returned package will not be included in the refund. You are responsible for the shipping fees of return

Step 1: Send a return request to contact@loulistore.com along with your order number and the name(s) and picture(s) of the item(s) you want to return.

Step 2: Our customer service will reply you with a RAN (return authorization number) within 24 hours.

Step 3: Pack up the item(s) you want to return in their original package and send it or them back to our warehouse (address on the parcel) and send us the corresponding tracking number to the one stated on the parcel.

Step 4: Once our warehouse receives the package, we will process the refund to you within 2 business days.

Please note that any returned items must be in resalable condition. Item(s) that arrived damaged or not in their original package will not be eligible for refund.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Dinners Club, PayPal and Apple Pay.

Your card or PayPal will be charged within 24 hours since the order is submitted, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed successfully.

After entering the valid promo code at the Checkout page, your order will be discounted.
